On May 23, 2025,  Chairmen's Meeting of CCF Student Chapters was held at the Hengqin, Zhuhai. Tang Weiqing, CEO of CCF, Professor Cui Peng, VP of CCF, and Director of Committee on Elite Young Professionals, Tsinghua University, Professor Wang Changdong, Sun Yat sen University and team leader of CCF Student Chapters, Huang Dong, Supervising Director of CCF Student chapter in South China Agricultural University, and nearly 80 chairs and chair-elect of CCF Student chapters attended the meeting. The meeting, chaired by Wang Changdong, held in-depth discussions on topics such as student chapters building, how to be a  chapter chair, and how to organize activities in student chapter.

In the group discussion, representatives from each group analyzed leadership, communication, and upward management; make suggestions from the perspectives of the school's  resource and advantages, internal inheritance, and student demand exploration to bring new ideas into the work of student chapter on the topic of how to be a chair of CCF student chapter.  During the discussion on the activity organization, students shared cases such as joint competitions and academic forums, and emphasized the importance of establishing a normalized communication mechanism based on the school's own characteristics. They proposed multiple feasible solutions in the direction of combining online and offline, interdisciplinary activities, etc.

Wang Changdong also introduced the plan of student chapters in 2025, including "CCF@U",  "Technical Forum/Lectures", "Guidance on research, postgraduate recommendation, and recruitment ", etc.

This meeting provided a platform for experience sharing among student chapters and also pointed out the direction for the future development of student chapters in universities. CCF will continue to support the growth of student groups and help more young students shine in the field of computer science.
