Our university will participate as a partner university in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's 2025 "Project to Create World-Class Graduate School Education Centers that Lead the Future" project.

　This project aims to enhance the function of cultivating doctoral candidates who have rich academic knowledge, an international outlook, and a high level of practical ability through the implementation of "thorough international hub formation (internationalization)" and "thorough industry-academia collaborative education." It also aims to support the formation of a graduate school education center that will increase the number of high-quality doctoral candidates through a review of resource allocation within the organization.

　Recently, the University of Electro-Communications has applied for the "Japanese versionIndustrial PhDThe "Center for Developing Leaders for Co-creating the Future through Collaboration with Others" was selected for this project, and our university will participate as a partner university. Through collaboration with this initiative, our university will work to reform graduate school education in a way that contributes to the development of doctoral-level human resources that industry and other sectors require.
